Brief Introduction 　　International conference, an effective way of academic exchange, has always been attached importance to at the University of Petroleum , East China . International conferences held on various themes can help to realize a considerable communication of information for teachers in a short period of time, and provide opportunities for further cooperation in the future. On the occasion of 50 th anniversary of the founding of UPC, our school organized and conducted successfully "Sino-Foreign University Presidents and Experts Symposium" and achieved a great social result. This activity offers a new platform not only for Sino-foreign presidents and experts to exchange education information, but also for our teachers and students to learn advanced ideas.
